To cancel your reservation you must contact us at least 48hrs prior to the rental start time. A full refund minus a 5% cancellation fee will be made if a minimum of 48hrs notice has been received. If cancellation is made within the 48hrs prior to the scheduled rental start time, and “no shows” will be charged the full rental fee plus taxes and booking fees. If at the time of departure, management determine the weather is unsuitable, then at your choice, we will either try to reschedule or issue a full refund. Please note that weather cancellations will only be made the day of the rental.
